Can I change the safe's combination?
Safes that are equipped with electronic locks can change combinations (see instructions in your owner’s manual). Safes that are equipped with mechanical locks cannot be changed.
I lost or forgot my combination to my mechanical lock. What do I do now?
You can request your combination by calling Tracker Customer Service at (360) 213-0363 Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. After speaking with a customer service representative you will be required to mail in your proof of purchase and the safe’s individual serial number (located on the safe). Tracker will then mail you the combination after all information is verified. This is required for your security.

What is the warranty on my safe?
Tracker Safe warranties all safes for a period of 1 year against defects in materials and craftsmanship from the date of purchase by consumer. Proof of purchase date is required. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of the component itself. This warranty does not cover charges for labor and/or installation of the safe or components. This warranty is good only to the original consumer purchaser only. This warranty does not cover safes or components that are damaged through uses for which they were not intended, mishandling, misuse, removal and/or reinstallation, neglect, accident, or tampering including changing the factory set combination. At no time will the warranty cover more than the purchase price.

Can the electronic lock be replaced with a mechanical combination dial lock?
No. The parts are not interchangeable. Tracker Safe provides most models with both electronic and mechanical locks so make sure that the lock type on the model that you have selected is what you really want.
Can the door be removed?
It is not recommended but yes the door can be removed. WARNING: Use caution when removing the door. It is very heavy and awkward to handle. It is recommended to have multiple people to help handle the door. First, open the safe door. Second, remove the hinge caps. Third, lift the door carefully. Tracker Safe is not responsible for any damages to the safe, property, or personal injury.
